Questions we get asked first

Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Monthly plans are month to month and you cancel from inside the product rather than by emailing an account manager. If you cancel, your records stay readable and exportable — we are not going to hold a practice’s patient history hostage over a subscription.
Do you integrate with HICAPS or Tyro?
Not yet, and that is the honest answer rather than a roadmap deflection. Your terminal keeps working as it does today, but a claim is a separate action from raising the invoice. Health fund claiming is the next integration we are building, and we would rather you knew now than in the third demo.
Where is our data held?
In Australia. Patient health information does not leave the country — which matters for the Australian Privacy Principles, and for the questions your patients are entitled to ask you.
How long do you keep records for?
Seven years from the last service, and where the patient was under 18 at the time, until they turn 25 — whichever is later. Those are the periods NSW and Victorian health records legislation set, and the longer clock always wins.
Can we move our existing patient list across?
Yes, and we do it with you rather than handing you a template and wishing you luck. Tell us what you are on now and we will tell you honestly how clean the move will be — some systems export beautifully and some really do not.
What happens when we outgrow a plan?
You change plan and the new limits apply immediately. Nothing is deleted, and nothing stops working mid-appointment because a counter ticked over.
Who owns the website you build?
You own the domain and the content. If you leave, the site stops being hosted by us but nothing about it was ever held in a way you could not take with you.
