Terms of service

These terms have not been drafted yet.

They govern a contract for software holding medical records, so they will be written by a lawyer rather than assembled from a template. This page is excluded from search engines until they exist.

What will be in them

Listed here because these are decisions already made, not drafting choices:

· Month to month. No lock-in period on monthly plans.
· Your data is yours. Export at any time, in a format you can open without us.
· Cancelling never destroys records. You keep read and export access to your patient history.
· Australian Consumer Law guarantees are not excluded, and cannot be.
· Price changes are notified a full billing cycle ahead, never applied retrospectively.
